1. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Profile picture
- For drivers: Vehicle information, license details, ID verification documents
2. Precise Location Data (GPS)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This app collects PRECISE LOCATION DATA (GPS) from users'
devices EVEN WHEN THE APP IS CLOSED OR NOT IN USE for the following purposes:
- Automatically assign delivery orders to nearby drivers
- Track delivery progress in real-time
- Calculate estimated delivery times
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment
For Delivery Drivers/Captains:
- Background Location Tracking: Continuous GPS tracking runs as a foreground service when
logged in as a driver, even when app is closed
- Persistent Notification: Displays ongoing location tracking notification
- Required Permission: "Allow all the time" location access required for driver functionality
For Customers:
- Delivery address location (collected only when placing orders)
- No continuous tracking of customers
You can disable location access anytime through device settings, but drivers will not receive orders
without it.
3. Order & Payment Information
- Order details, delivery addresses, payment method (not full card details)
- Transaction history

- IP address, device ID, browser type, OS version

Background Location Specific Disclosure
This app accesses precise location in the background because:

Drivers must grant "Allow all the time" permission. Customers grant permission only when creating store branches.
Log Files & Analytics
